 Slim Chicken's Franchising Its Concept
Slim Chicken's opened its first location in February of 2003 in Fayetteville, AR. Greg Smart, Tom Gordon, and Ryan Hodson started the Slim Chicken's concept with every intention of taking it nationwide, and that goal is now being realized.
The company has grown from one restaurant in 2003, to two restaurants and a group of five companies that handle everything from the day-to-day operations to the holding of the intellectual property. Greg, Tom, and Ryan are removing themselves from the day-to-day operations to focus on Slim Chicken's, Inc. Slim Chicken's, Inc. will oversee the growth of the concept through franchising.
